Tattva in Sanskrit means the True Essence or the Real State
It is derived from the roots, tatt, meaning “that,”; and tvam, meaning “thou”. It’s origins go back to as early as 2000 B.C.E. While there are various interpretations of it, these converge to describe Tattva as the real nature of things, as connectedness between parts of the whole, balance between the elements, beyond Tathya (data and information) among a few.
Inspired by the Tattva, we aim to embody its principles of identifying and working with the core of what matters to our clients in our work with Individuals, Teams and Organizations alike and focus on the true essence.

Hemant Taneja is a seasoned professional with experience of working with varied sectors including Banking & Finance, Life Sciences, Information Technology, Aviation and Manufacturing among others.
In his career spanning over twenty two years, he has worked across various MNCs in leadership roles managing Business Operations and Human Resources, with significant experience in areas of Business Transformation, Consulting, Talent Management ,Leadership Development, Facilitation, and Change Leadership.
HEMANT TANEJA
Hemant Taneja is a seasoned professional with experience of working with varied sectors including Banking & Finance, Life Sciences, Information Technology, Aviation and Manufacturing among others.In his career spanning over twenty two years, he has worked across various MNCs in leadership roles managing Business Operations and Human Resources, with significant experience in areas of Business Transformation, Consulting, Talent Management ,Leadership Development, Facilitation, and Change Leadership.
His current work as Founder Practitioner at Tattva Consulting includes work in the areas of Organization Design and Development, Culture, Competency frameworks and assessment, Talent Management, Leadership Effectiveness and Human Process facilitation to drive Business results.
In his last corporate assignment as Head- HR for Agilent Technologies International, he was responsible for driving end to end Human Resources function and worked on strategic initiatives including business transformation projects, Talent management initiatives, Employee relations, HR Policy& processes & Benefits among others.
Prior to Agilent, he was working with American Express as Head, Leadership and Talent Management and was responsible for India and Malaysia. He set up the American Express Leadership Academy.
He is a certified practitioner in OD- Change Leadership and in the ‘Appreciative Inquiry’ methodology. In addition, he is an NLP Practitioner from the International Federation of Coaching and NLP (UK). He has been qualified by XLRI, Jamshedpur in the Assessment Centre Methodology and uses MBTI and EQ-i to help individuals and teams reach organizational goals. An accomplished ATD facilitator, he is also certified on a suite of global leadership programs including Authentic Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Situational Leadership, Coaching Lab, Behavioural Interviewing etc. He is certified to coach teams using the latest Harvard researched 6 team conditions methodology. Hemant leverages ‘Creative Action Method’ and Psychodrama in his work with groups.
Deeply passionate about developing people to help them achieve individual and Organizational potential, he has facilitated interventions across various cultures and geographies including US, China, Malaysia, Singapore Europe and India.
Among his voluntary pursuits, Hemant has served on the Management Council of Nirmal Bhartia, one of the leading educational institutions in NCR and teaches at New Delhi Institute of Management as a visiting faculty.
Apurva Sharma
Passionate about people, Apurva loves working on transforming behavior, performance & outcomes for individuals, small & large groups to enable them to achieve their true potential and fulfillment.

APURVA SHARMA
Passionate about people, Apurva loves working on transforming behavior, performance & outcomes for individuals, small & large groups to enable them to achieve their true potential and fulfillment.

He also runs a dog park which provides much-needed socialization & agility opportunities to pet dogs. Apurva loves music, gardening, long driving holidays & spending time with his family & pet dogs.

Since July 2009 Inba and Dr. Rajani Inbavanan have set up an independent consulting practice, People Dimensions@Work focusing on Organization Development, Team Effectiveness, Leadership & Talent Development, Executive Coaching, Employee Relations and Employee Well Being.
Inba is one of the Founding Member of Coaching Foundation of India – CFI. He was the 1st President of the Bangalore Chapter of CFI from 2010-12 and the 1st Convener of its Continuous Professional Development Council. Inba is also a Member of the International Association of Coaches.

She has designed, organized and facilitated learning an development programs for various clients across sectors.
Komal brings depth of global experience and knowledge in using experiential learning as a methodology and using the outdoors to design and run interventions in the areas of team development, leadership development, personal growth and effectiveness, creativity and innovation. Over the years, she has worked on numerous large group team bonding events with the scope of designing and running them across the world.
Her keen interest in human elements has led her to explore various aspects like understanding self as agent of change, use of psychometric tools such as MBTI and with learning styles to help people understand themselves and their differences, group dynamics and group relations, Lego Serious Play to facilitate visioning, theories of collaboration, co-creation and psycho drama. She brings her sharp insights from all these disciplines to her group facilitation and design of interventions.
As an entrepreneur, Komal has founded ‘3 Sides Open’, a collaborative space to create learning & development solutions for organizations and communities. One of the most significant achievements has been the launch a series of arts based learning interventions called ‘Management by Arts’ where she has worked with artists to create solutions using Improv, Theatre and storytelling tools.

He is an Executive Coach and Master Facilitator in the areas of Organization & Team alignment. He is certified to train and supervise senior executives to become executive coaches. He has done group interventions for different global organizations in APAC, Middle-East and the Americas.
VIVEK TIWARI
Vivek has 2 decades of work experience. He has worked in the areas of sales, operations, business development and a large part of his career has been in the field of HRD. He has worked with Global and Indian MNCs, including a Big 4, as well as been a founding team member of a technology-based talent startup.
He is an Executive Coach and Master Facilitator in the areas of Organization & Team alignment. He is certified to train and supervise senior executives to become executive coaches. He has done group interventions for different global organizations in APAC, Middle-East and the Americas.
His last corporate assignment was as Regional Head (APJC) for Amazon in their Global Talent Management department, where he was responsible for designing and implementing global talent solutions in the area of Performance, Culture and Talent Management and also establishing an internal coaching practice for the region.
Prior to Amazon, he has worked in the Management Consulting division of PwC where he was heading the Leadership Development part of the People & Organization consulting practice. His work involved designing and facilitating Leadership Development, Talent and Organization culture solutions linked to the business strategy for small, medium and large-scale client organizations and also supporting the internal pipeline of Partners by coaching High Performing Directors and Associate Directors.
He currently works at Pragyan Advisory as a founding Partner and does work in the areas of leadership capability building, building healthy teams and organization culture. His passion lies in working with business leaders, budding entrepreneurs and students in creating new possibilities. His coaching cases are also a part of a book published recently.
